"The salon is in desperate need of a face lift or rebrand. The walls were dirty and the paintwork tired. The bright orange wall and tacky animal print wallpaper could do with a classier makeover. It makes the place seem uncared for and it's such a shame because the stylists are lovely and I'm always happy with the end result of my haircuts. I went during a less busy time for my last appointment and the floor all around the salon was covered in hair and clearly hadn't been swept."
