"Extremely rude staff and Carly herself! I booked an online appoitmtent for a hair cut and paid the deposit. A very rude and loud lady called me few days before the appointment stating that Carly wants to cancel my appointment as she is very busy and i had not been to their salon for > 10 months! You should know this before hand Carly and should not open the appointments on your website or mention it on your website that you will not take anyone's haircut if they have not been to salon >10 months. Extremely extremely unprofessional unethical and disrespectul to give my time to someone else when the appointment was already booked with deposit paid.Would never recommend anyone. They did not even returned my deposit. Even no apologies were given from that lady calling me . Shameful. Zero star. How clever you cant post the review without giving them a star!"

"Had my hair coloured on 25th January, they were attentive and listened to exactly what I had is mind. They also have their own ideas, which helped put me at ease and the end result was so amazing. It's also a lovely experience, they always make sure you have a tea or coffee to hand. You feel really looked after and welcomed. Thanks!"
"I travel from London to get my hair done with Carly. Could probably stop this review here. Yes, she's THAT good. Everything from colour transformations, styling and cuts she genuinely considers each individual's preferences and gives amazing advice on what works. She's completely up to speed on modern trends and I always walk out feeling totally fierce. While I sometimes wish she was still working in London, there's no way I'll go anywhere else for my hair. Her team are highly professional, make you feel really relaxed and I always look forward to an afternoon in the salon with them. If you've not been yet, try it. No really - you need to."
