"I know that people who work in Irish pharmacies have medical knowledge as big as my 7 months old baby, but this what happened to me today was unimaginable: I asked for a NON ALCOHOLIC COUGH SYRUP. I got Benylin - 6% of pure ethanol. Adult people who work in a pharmacy don`t know what ethanol is. I am an alcoholic, not drinking for 12 years. If I trusted people who work in a pharmacy (and sell MEDICINES for gods sake) I`d drink alcohol that I cannot touch if I want to live! Maybe 100th time in this country my knowledge saves me from big mistakes. Thank you adults working in a pharmacy for not having idea of where you are, what you sell and generally - what you do."
