"Why people continue to use this pharmacy is beyond me. Extremely rude and quite ignorant staff and rude management! I went to collect a pre ordered prescription for a neighbour, it wasn’t ready, I was told to come back! That wasn’t an option and why should I anyway? The manager/owner said to me ‘you’ll just have to wait, it’s not a sweet shop’! Rude, rude, rude! They do not know anything about customer service, they think their time is more valuable than anyone else’s and they don’t deserve anyones business. They don’t deserve the one star I had to allocate. AVOID!"

"I needed to buy eye drops for my 5yr old. I showed the casher the photo I took of her eye and she showed the pharmacist who recommended a product that was not drops but wipes. The cost was 20euros. I thought a bit steep but if its going to help my child then OK. I purchased these wipes thinking they are for children. I got home and read the instructions and found out that the wipes are for 18yrs and over. Do not use for under 18 as the data has not been confirmed. So no tests have been done to confirm if they could be used on miners. I called the pharmacy straight away. I was not happy and I had to go back and get a refund. Purchased eye drops for 8 euro. I got an apology but its not good enough. Adult wipes sold to be used on a child. I have removed any prescriptions and I will be moving my business elsewhere."

"Our pharmacy for a number of years. Our young son is on a regular prescription here and they are always so efficient and good when we come to get it. Work is very busy for them at the moment but my husband phoned to sort collecting our son's meds tomorrow and they were polite as we have always found them. So thank you to all in Maple for the work you do, especially in the current circumstances."

"Having been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for many years, I was appalled at how I was recently treated by who I am informed is one the owners. After getting a prescription filled, I was amazed to find that I had been charged €10.50 for something that I know should only cost €2 with a dispensing fee of no more than €3 as I have purchased these tablets numerous times before. When I requested a receipt, the 2 ladies behind the counter were visibly laughing together over this. I was made to feel like an idiot for requesting a receipt and was told the excessive fee was due to a dispensing charge. Absolute Rip off avoid at all costs."
