"Many thanks for dropping off much needed paracetamol for a person unable to go out, it was very kind and much appreciated."
"I have had two very bad experiences with the older female pharmacist with the dark hair, she is very rude and unhelpful. She appears to be on some kind of power trip. Will not be returning here again. Everyone should go to Walshs pharmacy in Rialto. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The price difference in my prescription is 10 euro and customer service is brilliant."
"The change in staff recently has been disappointing, recently i arrived at the pharmacy for a prescription at 6.50pm to find they were closing earlier. Today i arrived at 6.45pm and was told they were too busy to dispense and suggested I walk a kilometre in the rain to a pharmacy that was open until 10. This was with out checking what i required. The staff here and pharmacists used to be great. A shame as she was both unhelpful and didn't seem to care."
"This used to be a great place with very helpful pharmacists employed in the past but unfortunately not anymore. A good pharmacy needs a respectful pharmacist. The new pharmacist doesn't even seem to realise it's a business not his own personal drama and power trip. Driving the regular customers elsewhere is not a good start"
"This place is around the corner from where I live and have been there a few times over the years. On one occasion, I went to collect a particular medication that I had ordered a few days ago. On arrival, it appeared to be closed! And it was at least 10 minutes before closing time, which was unusual. I looked inside through the shutter and noticed 3 people inside. I asked if it was closed, and got not response. I insisted, saying it was still 10 minutes until closing time, and I was told they were closed! I persisted, and told them I was simply collecting medication I had ordered a few days ago and they finally opened the door to let me in, but only to try to blow me off again. They said the cash register had already been closed and they’d have to reopen it so that I could pay, if I could return tomorrow. I wasn’t prepared to come back since I had already delayed taking the medication due to them not having it in stock. I insisted to take the medication then, and as much as they didn’t want to go through with the transaction, I wasn’t moving and they had no choice. I ended up paying with a credit card without a problem. However, I paid 2 times the price I had paid previously in other pharmacies. For a quick emergency, it’s worth going to, for convenience. Alternatively, look elsewhere."
