"I was just in Ashleaf Shopping Centre this morning and needed to get make-up. The lady that served me in Lloyd's Pharmacy was so so helpful and pleasant. It's really nice to have that kind of service and genuine kindness, especially in a world that is becoming so automated and disconnected. Human connection and kindness is so important for every aspect of health. Thanks so much to the lady in Ashleaf...sorry I didn't get your name!"
"Asked the assistant for the price of eye drops and she immediately said oh you need a prescription for those. I explained i had a prescription i just wanted to know the price and she said oh the pharmacist is very busy he'll have to put it up on the computer it will take ages found this very rude and unhelpful so I went home rang boots and a lovely girl told me the price over the phone so I'll be getting my eyedrops there"
"The woman who "helped" me was so rude, I cannot believe a person like this is customer facing. I have been to this pharmacy three times and every time, the staff were rude. This pharmacy would do great as a prison pharmacy. Took my business to Boots down the road, way better experience and staff were pleasant."
"Was in there this morning and the assistant that served me was dreadful. Actually put my items in a bag and threw it across the counter to me, I did ask for advice about skin lotion and was told "just pay for this then I'll help" I scanned my card Then her idea of helping was pointing and saying "the creams are around there" She knew I was annoyed coz she was glaring at me walking out of the shop"
"A very good Pharmacy. Non clinical environment with a friendly atmosphere. The staff are excellent, very friendly and highly knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to pop in for the essentials. A wide range of products to chose from in clean spacious environment."
