"This afternoon I had what can only be described as a difficult and extremely disappointing experience at Lloyd’s in Nutgrove S.C with a young lady serving at the cash register and a young man with an unusual mullet hairstyle stood behind the pharmacist’s counter. I am currently undergoing fertility treatment (aka IVF) which involves taking a myriad of prescribed medications self-administered via syringe. I was dropping in used sharps boxes for disposal of those syringes in a responsible way. It is a service provided by that pharmacy. The boxes were securely closed and in a Lloyds carrier bag and I explain the contents to the young lady. However, the look of absolute disdain and judgement on the faces of these two employees was really a disgrace and entirely unacceptable. I really hope this is not the future of pharmacy"

"Never experienced anything like this in a pharmacy The small brown short hair lady at the counter was so rude. Her attitude would drive people out of the shop, she was so unprofessional abrupt and aggressive towards myself. I will never go back to this pharmacy after the worse customer service I’m have ever received. What ever problems she has outside of work she’s bringing it ito work. She should not work with the public or maybe learn some customer service skills. Driving customers away. Will not return to Lloyds nutgrove and will be taken this further."
