"Won’t answer their phone. Have tried calling around 20 times today. Will need to drive now on an 8 mile round trip without knowing if the prescription is even ready to collect. Avoid this place and give your business to companies who deserve it."

"If I could rate this chemist 0 I would. I had the worst experience there today and will be taking it further. After leaving me short of my medication this month I asked for the remainder at 4.55 today. After half an hour the "chemist" came out to charge me for next month's prescription, I told him I simply wanted the medication I paid for already. To say he was rude and unprofessional would be an understatement. He told me I was holding him up from doing his job as he would have to look for the gel. He sat smirking over the counter for another 25 mins when the cashier came out and basically threw the bag at me. Horrified, will never spend a cent in there again."

"It was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I paid much higher than the list price in a so call sales and actually saved nothing from it. For some items, the discounted prices were even higher than the original prices! Be aware of the misleading pricing and sales activities, always check your recipe! But they seemed like not going to admit the chaotic pricing problems anyway. I found the paid and saved amount are way different from the showed prices, then came back to check with a staff, she claimed that she has no idea about the price differences and must be my problem as some items are not on sales, however, I got these items exactly from the sales area (there's many more same items in a pile or on the same shelf), with 50% off and 75% tags on it! Another staff was telling me all of these are on sales when I was browsing. The funniest thing was: when I came back to double check the price, I pointed at the items on the shelf which showed on sales and asked whether the price is reduced or not, and she said no, it's not on sale, that means no discount at all. The tags meant nothing. Oh, what a great answer! Thank you so much."

"Empty place, loads of staff yet you are asked to leave your phone number so they can call you about your standard prescription. One would think they make this stuff from scratch instead of handing you ready to go product they just have to pick up from the shelve. I was told I will get a call in 20 minutes but I guess it will be tomorrow before anybody bothers to contact me. Thankfully it is not my only option. Wont be dealing with them again."

"Worst customer service experience. Around  2h of waiting for prescribed medication, when came back to collect it wasn't ready yet. Looked like staff was in rush to finish them shift. I asked how to use the medication and in return I received an answer to read what's written on packages. Staff not able to provide the simplest information about return policy. They took my medicine back and I have been told to come back after couple of days when manager will be in store. At the end manager told me that returns are not accepted. So I didn't get anything no refund and no item back. Would be much helpful if staff would be able to tell this at the start instead of me going there couple of times for nothing. I'll never step my foot in there again."
