"Had a terrible experience in this place today, the girl from the till was unhelpful and rude. Asked her about the price of a product which she replied: "expensive enough". Then keep holding the cream like I was going to steal it and pointed out a shelf of cheaper products. I asked her to handed to me so I could see it, and she keep holding tight until I grabbed from her hand and she said: "don't need to grab, you being aggressive." Unbeliveble that even though she was beign rude and xenophobic the whole time, I was the one called aggressive in the end. At this point, I just smiled and left. Never coming back."
"Unfortunately, I can't say I had a great experience there. I've been 3 times since I live near by, but it's so strange some of the staff do really make you feel like you offend them. I'm patient and polite so I'm not sure why they react this way. However there is a male pharmacist who is very helpful and kind, another female pharmacist who is also delightful. The rest of the staff should not be so challenging, it's a pharmacy, and we go when we are sick so we don't need this attitude."
"I had one of the best experiences walking in on Thursday afternoon. The pharmacist I usually go to (Eva) wasn't there, but the person replacing her was a real gem too! I'm not sure of her name but she had shoulder length blonde hair and eastern european accent. I went in asking for product they don't sell but despite that, she adviced about where to purchase the product from, did research for me and a list of things I could use along with it. She thoroughly explained how to use it and what to be careful about! I left feeling being taken care of even though they weren't even selling the thing!!! Best customer service ever!!!"
"Just standing near doorway not even blockung anyone. I was told to move I was treated like tramp. I was only looking to see when bus was due. I asked why move no explanation giving. I even told my friend about a makeup to buy in there. I will tell her not to bother. She treated me like a nobody I am hurt and offended by it. As far as I am aware that is a public street. I am in my 40s not some teen."
"I have never experienced such rudeness. I went into this pharmacy for the drug of my choice and was basically bullied and humiliated by, who I first thought was a pharmacist, but who turned out to be a sales assistant. Her manner was very aggressive and almost hostile. Horrible experience."
