"The phone is always either engaged or they don't pick up, meaning you have to go to the Pharmacy to arrange a prescription and then stand around for a half hour for it to be made up, I will 100% be changing pharmacy now, it's ridiculous, same story for 2 years now, opening hours are also wrong online, numerous times it says they're open online and you go to the door and the shutters are down, it's a massive headache for people with monthly prescriptions. Absolutely infuriating"
