"I just missed a scene of violence at this shop. The two staff, a pharmacist and a counterperson, had been abused and threatened by a male customer and were distressed. It turns out it was the second such incident in ten weeks. The staff were extremely nice and helpful to me but it’s clear Lloyds does not care about their welfare. No security on the door, as you’ll find in many privately owned chemists and no male staff. #boycottlloyds"

"I had the best experience here where the pharmacist was really friendly and chatty on noticing my prescription was from Trinity, she told me how difficult she found studying there and I really appreciated her openness and friendly support in response to my challenges. She was very quick to her my prescription ready which surprised me because the Lloyds in my area is the most inefficient chemist ever and I assumed the whole chain of pharmacies would be the same. I have returned many times based on this experience, but only met the same pharmacist once since but she remembered me and was again very friendly and kind. She apologised for the "delay" in getting my prescription ready as there was someone ahead of me, but she was so quick I couldn't agree in there being a delay. I try go to this pharmacy when possible because of their great service."

"Very poor customer service staff weren't very helpful and extremely rude I went 5 min before they were suppose to close the picture machine did not print all the pictures I was printing and instead of helping staff told me they did not care about my issue as they were already close , did not give me my money back and basically told me to leave so they could close ....I left the place with less pictures and very dissapointed by the way I was treated Hope someone realize in this place how important it is to understand that helping and giving a good service to customers should be in any bussiness it's priority. .. I'll be going back today to collect the rest of my pictures or money back but don't think I'll be going again to a place were there is not respect for people..."
