"Heather is truly the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. For years I looked around for someone to be able to do my hair the way I wanted and to get the outcome of what I imagined. She goes above and beyond and always and always has the best results. And also has the best advice for your hair. Me and my mum have been her customers for over 2 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Aswell as being the most amazing hairdresser she’s truly a kind person and time passes so quickly in our appointments! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!"

"I booked in with Heather wanting to go from a brown box dye to “as blonde as possible” and that’s what she did, got me a very light blonde to a tone I could have only dreamed of from the colour I was, I also have Afro hair and have never found a hairdresser that has been able to deal with it the way she has, amazing. Would defiantly recommend. All the other staff are fantastic too, was made to feel very welcome and comfortable from start to finish. Will definitely be returning. *****"

"I felt i had to write this review as my hair has been left very damaged due to a bad colour and cut. I had my hair done with Heather. It was the opposite of what I asked for. Heather, was more interested in another stylists opinion andbpromply did what Shauna told her to do, rather than what I wanted and kept saying. I said no colour on my root, only hughlights, yet she put a medium brown colour on my roots, that bled all over my hear at the front. I had to go back to have this fixed after chasing the owner to chase Heather with photo evidence of the terrible job she had done. The 'fix the mess' visit was a little better but so far removed from what I wanted, and now my hair is frazzled. And i had to take time off work to do this. I've never experienced such a lack of professionalism and care from a salon who is supposed to be decent. My hair is a goldy shade of blond, and looks dreadful. She changed the colour and ignored what I asked for. The salon also came across as unprofessional. The moment I entered the salon, the stylist who told Heather what to do to my hair was talking badly about a previous client. The experience wasnt enjoyable because as soon as I sat down, Heather told me she was glad I was here as she could go home soon. I should have left then. I was even sent out of the salon with colour all over my hairline. And I was told I have to pay in cash via text before I arrived as the card machine wasn't working. Yet I saw people using the machine when I went into the salon. I had a terrible and upsetting experience here. A response to the owner who has replied. My complaint is about the colour near my scalp. I stated that my hair colour was a different shade of blond. It isn't what I wanted, but it was slightly better when the bleeding of the brown was sorted out. But it still wasn't right. I dont have time to keep coming back, and I do not want my hair processed any more. I thanked the owner for getting involved in chasing Heather. That's all. We had no conversation. But no, I was not leaving happier. Make no mistake of that.. The colour wad nit what I asked for. I also clearly stated I didnt know if I wanted balyage ir highlights on my first visit. I opted for highlights but was ignored as i was being charged £130 regardless of what i wanted. I also never gor a price beakdown that i requested by text. I had extensions as it would have been unfair to cancel on another stylists who had nothing to do with the colouring issues. That's called being fair. And a decent person."

"Went to Heather for full colour and a little cut. I am very happy with what she did, my hair feels so much healthier and softer than before. Very friendly and atmosphere was relaxing, other staff was lovely too. I will definitely be returning to her as she made me feel like I have brand new hair again."

"Words can’t begin to describe how bad it was, I had heather who was much more focused on rushing through bleaching my hair just to curl her best friends hair, had me waiting 20 mins before the appointment even started, was just gossiping with her friend, hardly lighten my hair and the cut, the cut is horrendous it’s so blunt and uneven I was almost crying, the whole thing was not what I asked for she did what was best for her, definitely don’t recommend going there"
