"The owner left my grandmother short on her prescription, She paid for an emergency prescription for 5 days, then 5 days later she recieved her normal prescription which was then 5 days short, This made no sense at all, Why would you leave her short of 5 days when the emergency prescription was a whole 5 days before her scheduled prescription, this is cost cutting on a different level. I've Moved her to a different pharmacy for her future prescriptions and she wont be coming back."
"Been going here 3 years, and generally it was a pretty basic service each time which is all i'd ask for really. However this morning I rang in regards to a repeat prescription, and mid-way through the conversation the staff member hung up on me when I tried to ask if my prescription was still available. I tried calling back and no answer. Her English was extremely poor for someone who is tasked with dealing with the public, answering phone calls etc. So then I went to the pharmacy physically to find out something I could have found out over the phone. My prescription was not a repeat prescription. If I knew that beforehand over the phone I could have called my GP and rectified it. Considering there are other pharmacies near by, with staff whom are more adequate, particularly in terms of communication, I'll definitely not be heading back to this one. Their price's aren't even marginally competitive either in comparison to the others."
