"Rude and terrible service."
"As unable to rate negative. Been there for a Covid test and got an awful experience with Grainne (unprofessional person to avoid). She forced us to install an authorised app to get the results. We asked her to send a certificate but she was very rude and refused to do so. No receipt provided to claim the expense to the insurance. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID"
"staff were really nice and helpful however totally over priced. I went to get a prescription for the pill which usually costs 12e for 6 months for the generic. They tried to charge me 24e for the same. I understand rents in this area can be high but I went down the street to care plus ( about 5 minutes away) which only charged me 12e. I would understand if it was a little higher but double is extortionate."
"I went to buy a month supply of a prescription drug, I bought one of the generics available for 9.04€ on April 2018, the next month I went back to buy the same exact medication, as I was buying more things I didn't realise I was being charged 20€ for the same exact medication. The only explanation given the following day was that it was a pricing issue so I could come back the next day to talk with the manager. The only explanation offered today is that their normal supplier had a shortage and they had to buy it from a more expensive supplier, why they didn't told me that the first time they charged me 20€? their explanation today is that they don't keep track of price changes, but hey sure you could tell me today why there was a price change..."
"The Pharmacy was clean (bonus star) with very few people inside considering it was lunch time. Two things however surprised me and therefore the low rating. I popped in for some aspirin and found it very expensive - it cost me 3.95. They sell aspirin in Sainsbury for 20p! #RipoffRepublic? Secondly, as I wanted to pay by contactless, I was charged an extra 5c for my transaction. These people clearly don't know that cash lodgements at the bank have a higher charge than contactless payments. If I did not have a headache I would have walked out as a matter of principle. Costs like rent, bank fees, staff etc. should be included in the price of the product. You cannot add to the price just because someone wants to pay by contactless. Soon no one will be carrying cash as is clear from banks closing branches and removing ATM's, so get with the program. So basically, my first and last visit. Now I make sure to carry aspirins in my bag all the time and if I need anything else, then I will go elsewhere."
