"Website states open 27.12 till 19.30 door of premises states 19.45.both lies. We have a very sick girl on holidays got prescription for her and gave the above address and it was in total darkness. Totally scandalous customer service. We could not then change our chemist. So have to wait 10 hours to go back tomorrow morning."
