"I took a prescription from St Vicent hospital, , as I suffered from achronic desease I have I have to use this medication constantly almost on daily basis. Probably doctor's mistake I dont know, the doctor wrote down 12 months, the guy I think he is the manager, he said no prescription in Ireland last that amount of time, I;ve been giving prescription before with the same amount of time. . Make me feel that I was bringing a fake paper. firstly made me feel like I was doing something wrong, second he said I would give you an emergency like he was doing me a favor and the cherry on the top, he cancell my prescription. I read on citizen information prescriotion can last upto 9 months and depends under the criteria of the person in charge. Some people need more empathy."
"Great pharmacy and unbelievable customer service! Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"
"Very disappointed for the poor care received in this pharmacy. I’m a customer of this hospital and am regularly getting injections prescribed that I buy here. Due to the pandemic my visits have been reduced and I had to buy my latest injections by a local pharmacy, who also provided me with a new sharps bin. When the restrictions finally got lifted and I could visit the hospital and this pharmacy again, the pharmacist refused to accept the sharps bin for disposal since the container was different than the one they provide. She also questioned whether I even purchased the injections from them to accept the sharps back. Incredible a patient is treated in this way for a service that should be free of charge and for the community sake."
"Last week contacted this pharmacy to track down a medication I could not get at my local pharmacy. Spoke with a pharmacist who was a complete gentleman, sorted me out and facilitated an emergency drug payment scheme application. Lovely to meet auch great service"
"Extremely slow customer service, pharmacist not interested in her job it seems, issues with understanding what stock they actually have... Not worth visiting for sure"
