"Probably best avoided. They're selling items online they don't have in stock and will provide no updates when they don't arrive so you have to chase them up. The 'customer service' response when I called was so bad it was comical."
"Customer service is shocking. Received the wrong order and after initially replying acknowledging this there has been no attempt to rectify this despite multiple attempts at contact. In reviewing others comments I see this is a common issue and I would strongly discourage anyone from buying from the company"
"I have been buying products here in recent months and its a five stars from me. The products are always in stock, the staff are really helpful. I changed one order from delivery to collection and there was no issue. The range of products is excellent and the staff are forthcoming with good tips. I will be using Lir Pharmacy time and again."
"Just don't bother! I ordered with them in August, and didn't receive word within a week. I asked for an update twice and got a reply that an item wasn't in stock and it would take another week. I asked for a refund instead. I only received part of my refund, and I'm still waiting on the postage (€5) to be refunded one month later. I've followed up on this a couple times now, but still no sign. There are plenty of other Irish pharmacies that will have items delivered in 2-3 days- save the effort and avoid this one!!! Unfortunately I didn't read the bad reviews until after. Giving 2 stars cause I'm sure the customer rep I've been in touch with is trying her best!"
