"Booked for missus, she needed massage urgently as she was in severe back pain. I was grateful they squeezed us in at 5:30 for a half hour. They asked us to come 5-10mins early as they would definitely close at 6. Arrived at 5:20 and by gone 5:45 they hadn't seen her. Missus left in frustration. I fear it would have got to 6 and they just would've turfed her out if she had stayed. Very frustrating experience."
