"They are ok and can thread well. But only seem to know how to do one shape. I always seem to leave with uneven eyebrows with random hairs taken off where they shouldn't have been and I am never happy with the shape. Despite me showing pictures it feels like they are just guessing and dont know what to do but eyebrows are threaded clean."
"My waxer didn't wear any gloves, hair ended up being cut instead of pulled out. Staff are very nice tho."
"I think the salon has been operating for enough years for the staff to do their job more professionally, I don't see any gloves or quality products there. And nails? please don't do them. 2 stars is honestly a lot, if there was a chance I would give 1.5 and that's just for the quite nice staff."
