"This is my second time here, I wanted a manicure with a gel polish. I asked clearly how much it will be before she started. (£20) The lady just removed my previous polish and applied the new colour. She did not take care of my nails, she did not shape my nails properly and I had to ask for her to cut my hang nails. I asked for her to clean my nails from the dust and she said she will charge me £5 extra to do that. She also told me she is being generous by giving me cuticle oil and normally she would charge for that. I like the colour but my nails do not look professionally done. I am not satisfied at all."
