"I genuinely hate giving bad reviews but I’m genuinely shocked at this..Paid £30 for eyelashes which were done within 10 minutes whilst the lady was checking her phone whilst doing them… one eye completely swelled up as she got the glue in it and the other half wasn’t even stuck down to my lashes on the other side, can honesty say application was awful considering absolutely no time went into them.. went back and asked for money back and to be removed, she refused to give money back but removed for free.. really wouldn’t recommend anyone going here for lashes unless you want to leave in tears.. the lady was friendly enough just a shame I had I had such a terrible experience… several hours later and my eye is still swollen and sore I’m beginning to seriously worry that my eye has been damaged…"
"I really wouldn’t recommend this place, completely messed up my eyebrows and when I said I didn’t like them she proceeded to take even more of my eyebrow hairs away!!! Offered no discount even when I explained she hadn’t listened to me and made a mess of my eyebrows before my holiday"
"I’m completely disgusted in my mothers eyelashes not only are they not done the way she asked! They are clumpy the glue just in blobs not even on the lash line. JET BLACK GLUE looks a mess.Thought I’d save you all the hassle of spending money to be disappointed. Don’t know about other services she does but not happy with the eyelash extensions at all!!"

"Excellent eyelash installation, eyes didn't sting at all from excessive glue application which I have experienced in other salons. And the cluster lashes lasted for four weeks! I barely have eyelashes so thought the extensions would fall off within a week as experienced elsewhere. First class lash technicians!"
