"I was late and when I arrived, could not find the salon as no signboard outside the shop. I had texted Martyna to say I was late. I was asking around as could not find the shop. No signboards very dodgy. I finally knocked on the door several times but no one answered and it was locked. I rang her several times but no reply. Later she texted to say she had another customer as I was late. She had no courtesy or decency to inform her customer and left me standing outside a locked door knocking. really disgusted by her lack of basic courtesy and manners. Never to use such this person and company again!!"
