"Don't ever use them for Click and Collect. They have no method of keeping track of what gets delivered. They had my item for a week, before I chased up the seller, who provided me the Royal Mail tracking number showing delivery. NISA then told me it would take up to an hour to find, as everything is piled on the floor in no particular pattern or order. Shambles."
