"Have used Bluechip Warranty for over a year, and had a few claims that have had to be put through them due to parts failing on motorcycles. They have been absolutely superb throughout our dealings with them, and have even taken over one claim where we struggled to find a dealer near the customer that would be able to sort the problem, and they handled it all themselves, contacting the customer and the dealership to get everything sorted out rapidly. Absolutely fantastic, and we have faith in their ability to quickly and promptly sort out any issues that we or our customers may have. Hoping for many more happy years using them as our third party warranty company."

"For a change in these present times, I have been fabulously impressed with Bluechip Warranty. As I neared the end of my cover I have had to contact them twice for two separate issues, in the space of a couple of weeks. The customer service I have received has been first class. The speed of response is outstanding. Both claims have been authorized within the same day. Payment was made for the first claim the day before it was due. My car still needs to return to the garage for the second fix but I'm sure payment will again be on time. On both occasions the cover doesn't quite cover the full amount charged by the garage, but still excellent value for money!"

Their staff are extremely friendly, polite and very helpful and they do not keep you waiting days for a reply to a claim request, it is dealt with speedily so that garages can get an authorisation and do a repair and let the customer have their vehicle back asap Dealing with them is most refreshing."

"Unfortunately I have to agree with the other 1 star reviews and recommend that you look elsewhere for a warranty. I spoke to 5 different garages who had never heard of them and would only do work if I paid rather than accepting payment from Bluechip, and then Bluechip do everything to not pay out. I will give them credit that their customer service has been very good, but that doesn't help me with the unforeseen repairs to the car."

"There was an issue, regarding a relay, Blue chip warranty did get back in touch to say due to human error, they should have paid out on my claim. They asked for the invoice and bank details, and assured me I would have the money back in my account by Friday 21st of October, today, and true to their word they did. So I'm pleased they didn't have to inform me. So guys please check you warranty book for what it does cover if I had done this I would have had my own recall."
