"Instead of getting an online delivery slot for a van to come to your property, you can order as you would do but collect from this 'shop' in the car park. It isn't a shop as such, just a collection point with a storage building. Anything you can buy online from Tesco's you can pretty much pick up here. From our one use of this facility, it worked well. It's right round the back of the car park. You have a time slot and turn up, as allocated, in one of the marked spaces. The staff were good and brought our the usual delivery trays for us to put the items into our own bags, then in the back of the car. We liked it! Downside? Not much really....we prefer getting a van delivery, if we can but this worked well. Some of the other people arriving were not too good at parking well but otherwise, fine."
"Tesco's Riverfield drive is where I pick up my shopping. Very helpful staff if an item is missing or broken they do their utmost to replace the item."
"Only had to wait for a couple of minutes to get my food as there were people already in front of me. This year they've got 3 bays allocated for click and collect which makes it so much easier for them and for the customers. The lovely team at tesco gave us a packet of free mince pies to say merry Christmas."
