"I would highly recommend Southwick Leisure Centre. There’s something for everyone, plenty of activities, to choose from, classes and the gym are focused on all age groups. It’s nice to feel you fit in at my age. Walking Netball, over 50s badminton, walking football and table tennis Lots for kids to do as well. Great facilities, all the staff are helpful, friendly."

"My partner decided to go to the gym there and she was in a bit of rush when she joined the gym, paid the super expensive £51 registration fee and the month usage upfront. She continued like this for 2-3 months and in October she decided that this was not going to work because the operating hours and the group activities were not as expected and she canceled the membership for November and forward... And now here we are, 1 month later getting 3-4 emails asking for money for November membership and also topping up some made-up costs like 16£ late payment costs (almost 25% of the regular membership fee)… I have claimed them few times that I don't think we own them any money and they should stop harassing us for it. And today We still got another email asking for money. I have sent them a final warning before making a complaint to trading standards or FCA if they decide to bring this to a debt collection agency. I think they are going to reply with a copy/paste bla bla bla to my email and nothing else, just like they did to my emails, replying without even reading my email at all. This is how capable their admin staff is ! SHAME SHAME SHAME !"

"I was recently thinking about signing back up at a gym. So ​I looked at Southwick Leisure Centre as it's relatively local to me and heard that it has been refurbished. However, firstly I saw the opening hours on Google and was instantly alarmed, then i saw the quality of the website and was even more worried. The nail in the coffin though was the prices they charge and the membership options. £51 a month for a standard membership with an extra £50 something joining fee. I was truly astonished and won't be signing up any time soon or ever in that fact."
