"Tom came to quote 6 weeks ago, he is one of the directors of the company. Despite 5 calls to the office to ask for Tom to call back we never received a call or a quote. We eventually found out from a competitor they didn't want to do the work! Shocking customer service. It would of been good to have known this 6 weeks ago so we could have gone elsewhere. I would not recommend them. Lucky escape though from what the reviews say .."
