"Absolutely appalling service. Always. I'm sure everyone has problems with couriers at some point, but for me, its always DPD. I was supposed to have a delivery yesterday, but according to the driver, nobody was home. (There was, and I'm sure the dog would have made me aware of someone knocking on the door, even if I'd missed it). So today, I thought I would change the delivery address to me work address. After entering my work postcode, I was able to select the correct address, but with the name of the company that occupied the address previously. So I called their Customer services to make sure they had the correct company name. The phone rang and rang. Eventually, it was picked up, and immediately put back down again. - Appalling service. To anyone thinking of using DPD, don't. There are plenty of other couriers you could choose from. To any business using DPD, change couriers, before your customers get pi55ed off because their orders don't get delivered, and there's nothing the customer can do. - Trust me, this DOES reflect on you, because I won't order from the company I purchased from. Which is a real shame, because they did nothing wrong, whatsoever."
