I've been terrified of the dentist for years but after visiting today the dentist Anne & dental nurse Michelle put me at total ease,talked me through the process and after months of worry they did my tooth with no pain at all and done and dusted in just over 20 minutes. "Disgusting practice and no customer service. Twice had early 7.30am appointments, first time had problems parking and was a couple of minutes late, told me I was too late and would not be seen, told me with a scowl and attitude too. gave them the benefit of the doubt and another chance, and yesterday turned up early and was told there was no staff and could not carry out both my wife's and my appointment. This place lacks everything to do with dealing with the public, they need reporting and I will never step foot in the place again!!!"
