"Outstanding Customer Service! My husband's wedding band was purchased in 2018 here on a trip to the lanes in Brighton. After nearly 3 years it was in need of a clean and some attention. Within a day of sending an email a response and offer of a complimentary service was received. Within 4 days the ring had been sent from Oxfordshire and was back on my husband's finger in perfect original condition! Highly recommend this high end jeweller. "Our engagement was over 2 years ago, but I think that a ring this beautiful deserves another review. My (now) husband went in to Vogue and they helped him to design the ring of my dreams. "My partner was recommended to this shop by some friends to go for my engagement ring. He said that he had a wonderful experience choosing the ring and that felt that the assistance given was incredible when making the final decision for the surprise. So far so good... we get engaged and lovely ring, just beautiful and I was very thankful for it. 3 months after buying the ring, the main stone fell while I was out with a friend. My friend and myself start looking all over for the stone (at this moment I just wanted to cry thinking I could have lost it). About to give up on the search, I finally found it and what a relief. My partner took it back to the shop and showed what had happened along with the disappointment of such thing happening not long after the ring was bought (I would assume an engagement ring is to last more than 3 months in its original state). Along with an apology , he received a multitude of excuses trying to blame us for what happened: “it could have been caught on a woolen jumper” (absolutely hilarious) or “it could have been knocked loose” I work all day in the computer so not sure how much I could have done anything to the ring to make the stone fall out. After being blamed for what happened they offered to fix it and pick it up the next day. When I went to pick it up, i remarked how disappointed I was about the whole experience and once again excuses and just a “Oh the ring is gorgeous and now it will be ok”. I’m not sure if I’ll be back and not even sure we should have gone there in the first place knowing this could possibly happen. I would like to end just with a thank you for fixing it so quickly but sometimes assuming the issue and retaining the guest is more important than blaming them, specially when you are given multiple chances to “redeem” yourself"
