Very shortly after purchase on I think the 2nd time wearing them, a friend pointed out that some of the inlaid shell pieces had fallen out of both earrings. I'm not local to Brighton so could not travel all the way back for a refund. Items look nice but obviously not as good as they appear, and not cheap either."
"Their stuff is lovely. My other half bought me a ring and in under a year it snapped where the band meets the top bit. I took it back and asked them if there was anything they could do, to only be told no because it's wear and tear. Sorry but silver rings are definitely supposed to last longer than a year. Will not be returning."
