"Managed to get in same day for emergency wisdom tooth check and xrays. There is a wait to get checkup appointments, and it's a busy popular practice. Very accommodating for my children. Only criticism is the building itself - having a lot of stairs and tight corridors and small waiting areas. Not ideal with toddler, but the dentist made appoontmentmade made up for that."

"The customer service & experience is awful here. The people who run the reception desk are rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. With regards to the actual dentists, Dr Peace is very competent and friendly, however on a couple of occasions when she has not been available, we have been seen by another lady (cant recall her name), who was so abrupt and seemingly had no people skills at all. Since seeing this lady my children are now scared of the dentist (which they never have been before). This was due to her unfriendly nature and the fact that she was unnecessarily rough whilst dealing with them. I would recommend that the practice needs to seriously review their staff and customer care, or they will continue to lose business, as they have done with my family and I."
