"Not very impressed with the customer service here. They were changing my bumper which is expected to take a few days and it took 3 weeks with no updates...the courtesy car's tyres I'm pretty sure had illegal wheel tread as well. When I picked my car up the guy thought my actual car was a courtesy car (even though all the courtesy cars have it wriiten all over them??) so who knows he could have given it to someone else! My dashcam was left dangling with the wires out which is still causing me issues a month later. The actual work was done well but I won't be using them again"
