"The last visit I had was a disaster. Some new system put in to only serve cinema tickets at one counter and they move you over to the end counter to collect your popcorn and give you a ticket number and wait. The foyer was full of people on top of each other waiting on popcorn and it was ridiculous. I waited 20 minutes for a small popcorn. Staff flustered, customers annoyed and some late for their films. Stupid system. Go back to the old way of serving each customer at a time, ticket purchase and popcorn in one go, simple as!!"

"Staff are very nice but the place is unacceptably shabby. The armrests on the seats are frayed or without the covering at all, exposing the foam cushion underneath. The seats themselves are rickety and uncomfortable. (This was in screen 5.) Won't be returning. Also please get rid of that godawful chummy nauseating English voiceover or at least record a new script."
