I've been shielding from Covid, so my car was collected and returned with no contacted needed. I think little touches like this demonstrates why it's good to support our independent and local businesses. All the staff I've spoken too have been super polite and helpful, in particular Chris who I dealt with the most and personally collected my car and dropped it back.
