"Friendly staff, easy for parking and getting a bite to eat in the area. Though the cinema looks a bit worn out. We had to pay extra for the 3D glasses at the cinema, after having bought the tickets online. The catering service is not very efficient and there is no break to buy some refreshments. The toilets were very dirty and smelly."
"Air con was way too cold in screen 1, I had to keep a winter coat on, but even with this my face was cold under the vent (i was sitting in the middle of the room). Too much noise from popcorn, bright screens from people checking their phones etc. I'm sorry but I go to the cinema to enjoy a movie, not to hear other people eat or have my eyes distracted by other people's phones. I would happily pay more for no popcorn no noisy snacks no phoned times. Seriously."
"Staff were very friendly and could see they were struggling a little bit to make things happen. But guys, please, the place is falling apart. Some renovation works would be wonderful. Some things are basic, a good cleaning would improve a lot. The carpet overall was disgusting, absolutely disgusting. the exit sign (room 9) just beside the screen was catching my eyes during the whole movie, as there was a big green glare on the screen, I am sure there are other solutions as compliant as this one, but more subtle."
"Easy to park and access via Dundrum Town Centre, would advised pre booking your seats to avoid any hassle when you get there and easy to get pre booked tickets from the ticket machine. Food and drinks on the expensive side, but what cinema isn’t."
"I booked tickets online to see an early showing of Top Gun: Maverick at 2:10pm on a Wednesday. The process was quick and painless (but not cheap if you include goodies). On arrival, getting the printed tickets and vouchers was a doodle with no queue. The same for getting our drinks, popcorn and nachos. I'd imagine there were less than a dozen people at the screening so seating was painless and we weren't disturbed by anyone else. So overall, it was a grand few hours in the cinema which was my first visit in about 2.5 years (pre COVID)."
