"I took our pompom puppy in to experience the puppy pamper package and was not disappointed! Kate listened to all my questions and concerns and from the minute she met our puppy she formed a bond, was patient, kind, genuinely caring and understood when the little one needed extra time, patience and support during bathing and drying. When I went back to pick him up he didn't want to leave and found a new friend in Kate who did an amazing job with him. Our puppy looked beautiful, happy and healthy. I will definitely be going back regularly and can't recommend Kate and the grooming salon enough. Thank you for all your hard work and attention.
