"We got renting services from Olivers as tenants for the past five years. I would say Olivers are very professional to both tenants and landlords, and everything is clearly communicated. They respond to repair and maintenance requirements promptly and rent review was sent out in advance with adequate information. They perform house inspections on behalf of the landlord as well as understand the house condition very well. There is a set of spare keys left with Olivers, their registered electrician or plumber can access the room when we are not at home. This is the best service as it will just speed up the process and we do not need to take additional annual leave for the weekday maintenance. Strongly recommended."
