"Ricky is very thorough and professional going above and beyond what is the normal experience of using a garage and he is always totally honest and transparent, going over every little detail on my car as well as doing all the work to a high standard that I asked him to do and remaining in contact with me during the time my car was with him, sending me pictures and videos of any issues and work he had done to the car, so not only was my mind put at rest that the work was getting done to a high standard but I also know of the potential future issues that will need attention and will be going back to Ricky in the future to address those issues as Ricky will happily work within a budget prioritising what work needs doing ASAP and whatever can wait and be done in the future.
