"We stayed there for 3 months,first of all the 2 bedroom house is not suitable for families with little kids as you can put a gate only on the top floor stairs and it’s physically not possible on the downside of the stairs . Also The apartments are right infront of a cemetery and that wasn’t comfortable for me. Secondly the cleaning service provided by them is useless ,the people are judgmental,they need a clean house to clean,if they found dishes to wash or the floor needs cleaning they complaint and dont do them,only change the beds sheets. Also the brookman staff don’t seem to handle well different cultures,if you are not irish you may feel a bit of discrimination like myself,I am an arab and I felt ignored when talking and uncomfortable dealing with them although my english is not bad at all and I used to live and study at the states before with no language issues. And they charged us 800 euros for renovations and professional cleaning! Just because we spilled a coke and although we cleaned well after and you cant tell it was there without us telling them about it they still charged us that big amount"

"My family and I moved to Dublin in the summer of 2017 and stayed in Donnybrook Manor with Brookman Town Homes for about six weeks. From start to finish Naomi and Thea were perfect hosts. We were staying at Donnybrook Manor while looking for permanent accommodation during our stay, which is hard to do in Dublin so our dates kept shifting. Naomi and Thea did everything they could to help us out, and we ended up staying on about two weeks longer than we had originally intended. Even during busy season they were able to make a plan for us until we could find a longer-term rental. We had a three bedroom place, which was the perfect size for two adults, two young children, and one teenager. The house was smaller than what we were used to in Canada but that's Europe for you. The cleaning staff did a fantastic, thorough job. We were we were able to borrow a bed rail for our youngest, which was greatly appreciated. When our youngest got a bloody nose and ran up the stairs and jumped into his bed, it was no problem, Naomi sorted it all out. On the logistics side, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a Tesco and a Donnybrook Fair just a few minutes walk away, which was super convenient. Also, easy access to the bus lines (46a, 145, 7b, 39a, etc) that take you straight to city centre. It was nice having a little garden out the back, and there was always a nearby parking spot available. Once we moved out, Naomi and Thea continued to take care of things for us, including logging us out of Netflix and forwarding our mail (even to this day the odd piece of mail comes through with our Donnybrook Manor address). Couldn't recommend Brookman Town Homes more highly."
