"Five stars are for the kindness and professional skills of the staff: in 2020 I booked this structure but due to covid-19 issues I had to give up. They offered a voucher valid for 24 months. After two years I tried to book again using that voucher. Unfortunately they had no availability for my days but Gill was so kind to find another accommodation for us. They put the customer above everything. Thanks a lot. Marco"
"The hotel cancelled the reservation 4 days prior to the trip due to overbooking. They were not willing to compensate us for spent tickets or pay the difference for another hotel, which was way more expensive due to the short prelude."
"Great hotel in great location needs a little upgrading but to be totally fair they are doing at the moment no major issues its mainly the carpets need renewing would without a doubt rebook this hotel again, clean comfy friendly hotel, from the outside you would think oh, when you arrive but when you walk through the doors you think, ah yes very nice indeed. Don't judge the book by the cover it is indeed a fab hotel, my honest review. No pics of hotel itself but breakfast fabulous"
"Stayed here for one night in November. Great location, only 5 mins walk into the main parts of Dublin. Really convenient. It is a spacious hotel, although you wouldn't think it from the small entrance/exterior. Once inside, the lobby and entrance are luxurious and roomy. The hallways are dark, with hardly any natural light. I didn't like that. Some maintenance needed, but there were signs saying work-in-progress. The rooms are comfortable, nothing fancy, just a clean, relaxing space after a day in the city. Breakfast was disappointing, but I guess matched the 3-star rating. Large restaurant and lots of guests meant it felt mass-produced. Lack of diet/allergy options and lack of drinks choice felt a bit stingy. I'd give 3.5 stars if I could!"
"I had a lovely stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they even let me print out my boarding pass. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. Plenty of tea and towels. However, the bathroom left something to be desired. The shower was not very good - water got everywhere on the floor. The breakfast was great. (The only thing I couldn't find was fruit.) Overall, good hotel that I would consider staying at again."
