"I first used this practice when seeking urgent treatment for my rescue dog Tilly, after finding out she was known to them. Vet Ana has since treated Tilly for ongoing health issues and I can't praise Ana highly enough. She has listened to my concerns, discussed and prescribed treatment options based on the dog's needs, and advised on the issues with administering medication to her. Ana has been thorough, kind and helpful, the costs for treatment are no more than I expected and the reception staff are so welcoming and friendly too. Have used both practices in Seaside, Eastbourne and would highly recommend both"
"Vets themselves are great! Cant fault them BUT..... The admin at this practice are an absolute joke! I get text messages saying my pets meds are there waiting for me to collect. (multiple occasions now) but when I go to the office to collect them, the receptionist says they are not there at all. And that I have to phone them up to order more. I am absolutely livid and am completely sick of the incompetence of this practice. I am now looking to take my pets to a different veterinary practice :("
