"Appalling service. Harassment about paying one week in advance, overcharging by mistake and still waiting for her, Marian, to return what it is owed after one month. Extremely cold rooms, they didn’t offer breakfast that is was supposed to be included in the price. AVOID this place."

"Stayed in this property for 9 nights and there was no heating or hot water also got questioned because I had more then 2 bags of luggage with me even tho I was there for over a week. Sheets or towels weren't changed for the entire time that I was there. I've stayed in b&b's all over the world and by far this was the worst. At 9.30 at night the host was looking for keys to lock the front door she should have her own ones. There was only 1 key between 4 its just not good enough. When starting early mornings and finishing late you want to come home to a clean and warm fresh room not one that is baltic and nearly catching a chill from it. Only one good thing about it is an ideal location but that was about it."
"If I could give zero starts I would. Place was freezing, no hot water and the house was rude. Wouldn't recommend staying there esp if your working. Possibly the worst bnb iv ever stayed in and I have stayed in alot of places"
