"The first bad experience was with the lift which was dirty and shaky. Fortunately we made it to the floor where our bedroom was without being stuck. When we entered our bedroom we were welcomed by a smell of humidity. We then checked the bathroom and we discovered the ceiling covered with mold and the smell in there was terrible. Also one of the windows was not closing properly. When checking at the reception for a way to make that better I learnt the cleaners were not on site anymore and we would have to wait the day after to have the bathroom cleaned. My partner had asthma during the night because of our stay in the room. Paying 230€ for that is disgraceful. And I don't talk about the noise linked to the nightclub, the provided earplugs helped a bit improving this part. I will definitely not come back."
"I stay here the first night in Dublin which was my first night in the country. We had a great room They were large, and comfortable. Walking distance from many attractions in taxis are always available. I'd stay there again"
"The rooms are very nice, equipped with all amenities, the staff are friendly - BUT... In the evenings, the place turns into a nightclub, and hotel guests have to make their way to the elevator through bouncer controls and hords of clubbers. The noise all through the night is horrific, not only because of the club downstairs but also another one right across the street; and the provided cheap earplugs don't do anything. The owners should really decide whether they're running a hotel or a club..."
"Loud nightclub until 3:30am on a Tuesday night. Room window couldn't shut, so the nightclub noise couldn't be buffered. Sound proofing was poor. Cold water tap in room didn't work. tiny shower. Nice staff. They need to spend a little in sound proofing, then the nightclub wouldn't matter."
"It was clean and girl at reception was lovely only thing is room is tiny no hairdryer no hangers for clothes/coats. We had one pillow each which were both very flat but other than that the bed was comfy. It is above a nightclub so wouldn’t recommend if you’re a light sleeper but we were on the top floor so didn’t really hear anything"
