"Had carvery in the harp like we do every Sunday. Food is nice. We always ask for a goodie bag for our dog and never have a problem getting it. But today when we asked the chef didnt want to give it. I told him it only goes in the bin anyway. I was absolutely shocked when he said, no it doesnt. He informed me they use all the scraps to make the gravy. I was utterly shocked as I see them all the time just fling it into a bin. I will never have any gravy in there again. They give small portions and you have to ask for a bit more for the money you pay. 16.95euros is not cheap for a dinner."

"The hotel itself was nice, room was clean, staff was friendly. HOWEVER - for months since I stayed there I have been emailing and sending messages through Facebook messenger that have gone unanswered. My son forgot his expensive coat there. After many emails and calls I realized I needed a bill of our stay for reimbursement. I messaged again and asked for a bill. No response! I messaged again and they responded that they would send a bill. Great, can you check the lost & found for my sons coat? NO RESPONSE. I never got the bill. I messaged AGAIN. They said they'd send the bill. They emailed it later that day and then I asked about the coat again. NO RESPONSE!!!! Ridiculous!"
"A night's stay with family. Room was extremely spacious, clean, tidy and well lit, in close proximity to Dublin airport. But the room was cold throughout even though the ac temperature was constantly on 30°. Maintenance could has been better. Breakfast was good. Free parking. Checkout was smooth. Staff were cordial."
