"Don't let the rating of a 4-star hotel fool you! There were several things we came across that fell far short of a 4-star experience. First, the lobby and our room smelled like perfume, almost as if it was covering up the smell of filth. The room was fairly clean, but the smell in combination with hairs on the bathroom floor from the previous guest grossed me out. Secondly, everywhere we turned, things didn't seem to work. Our key cards (along with the cards of many other guests we saw) stopped working for our room and the elevator, and another guest we encountered complained to us in exasperation, "this happens every weekend." A few days later, I pressed the button for the first floor on the elevator and it literally popped straight through the panel and fell back behind it, leaving a hole. Also, the fridge in our room wouldn't turn on. Third, the staff at The Croke Park Hotel are nice enough, but they are not very attentive and it seems like they have to ask permission for basic requests. The rooms do not have microwaves and when I asked the front desk where I could heat up my leftovers from the previous night's dinner, they said they didn't have microwaves available for guests because of "safety reasons." Eventually they offered to have the chefs in the kitchen heat them up for me, but when I went down to the restaraunt, I had to explain to four different staff that the front desk said the chefs could heat up my food for me. I definitely won't be staying here again, but the experience gave my husband and I some good laughs."
"Service was amazing from start to finish. Fast checkout in the morning, great when your on working time clock in the am. no hassle from arrival to leaving, super stay and great safe and easy underground parking. Will be back. My new favourite business travel hotel in Dublin."

The staff are friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel's location is also a plus, with easy access to the city center and many popular attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend the Croke Park Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Dublin"
"A warm friendly welcome on arrival. Exceptional clean room. Plenty of attentive staff in the bar and on the morning breakfast shift. Our only issue was the chrome cast on the television was not working for us. We received a call from the night manager apologising for the issue. Great location for walking into and out of Dublin City centre."
"Modern hotel with chic decor in the lobby and restaurant areas. The breakfast is very good and offers waffles on the buffet. Drinks and bar food menu are bit pricey and very limited on options. Servers aren't very attentive. Rooms are comfortable and clean."
