"The staff want above and beyond...always checked in to see how we were. Our food portions were extremely generous and our glasses were never empty. The rooms are beautiful and cosy too. This is my last night in Ireland for a while as I return to Australia early in the morning and I am so glad we booked here as we were well looked after."
"We reserved an area in the bar for a Christmas afternoon family gathering; there were 20 of us including children. The bar was very busy but there was enough staff working that day and we were vey well looked after. Fiona was so accommodating and both she and the other members of staff were super efficient. The food was lovely and everyone was extremely happy with what they ordered. Thanks so much for your hospitality, we will most definitely be back."
"The reception staff was the tops, thank you Emily and Sophie. Even in my jet lagged state they were very friendly and accommodating. Also the housekeeping staff were charming to my 3 year old and of course did quality work preparing the room."
"Lovely staff on arrival and rooms were a good size, bathrooms had bath and shower and TV was large with good selection of channels. We ate at the hotel in the evening food was lovely apart from very few vegetarian options. The only thing letting this place down was the breakfast. It was expensive and when I went to get juice from the table that had continental on it I was charged for it. The potatoes were obviously frozen and fried and it was lukewarm on arrival. I loved this place but would not go for breakfast if I came again"
