"Used this groom room and I couldn't be happier. I was slightly dubious given some of the reviews on this page, but then there are always people who will find a reason to complain. These guys were attentive, they did everything I'd asked for and my Yorkie came out looking amazing. I will definitely be using them again, cannot recommend enough!"
"I could not be happier with the service I have received time and time again. I have never met a more pleasant team that really put their all into the job they do. Buster seems to know exactly where he's going as soon as we get near the shop and just about pulls my arm off as he knows he's about to be spoilt and pampered rotten. "I used this pet groomers today and when I picked up my dog I was not very satisfied. When I booked him in I had asked for 'the full works' and checked a few specific things like cut and de-shed would be done, when I dropped him off I mentioned 'not to cut his fur short as he is a collie and should still look like a collie'. On picking him up, the fur down the backs of his legs had been cut right back, I also noticed clumps behind his ears which hadn't been touched and also he had not been de-shed. Management preceeded to argue with me about the process and the groomer stated I would be refused service again in the future. I requested a discount under the terms of the consumer rights act which reads: "The law says that customers must give businesses the option of putting it right. This might mean providing the service again (if possible to do so) or fixing it. But they can go straight to requesting a discount if: it’s not possible to get the service done again (once hair is cut, it’s cut)" I was told a firm no. So, I asked them to get their area manager to call me on my number to see if we could resolve the situation to which I was told 'You cannot leave the store without paying, we won't let you, if you do the police will be called'. I am awaiting a call from either the police, or, the manager. A very unprofessional experience. I won't be using them again."
"Had a horrible experience with this Groom Room. Groom was very poor, very uneven. Took 10 days and 9 emails to obtain a refund. I sent detailed photos of the issues. Had to ask to escalate to the area manager. Our Westie dog was supposed to have a traditional Westie cut but came out with her whole face too short in the wrong places and too long in others. She looks like two different people groomed her on each side. I would not recommend."
