"Dr Fiona is great. However the receptionists in this GP practice are the most horrible people I have ever had to deal with. I regret registering as a patient here. Multiple terrible experiences with receptionists such as being ignored for 10 minutes on arrival, unhelpful with booking appointments, lying about appointment availabilities."
"Absolutely horrible practice. Reception are horribly rude and lazy, and will act like you are a burden for them. The doctor says she doesn't have time for you problems, choose your top. It's not like it's free... I can't afford to come over and over. I wish I could change doctor."
"I enquired with Oaktree for an assessment for my daughter, I sent guidance from the Royal College of Psychiatry on the type of specialist report we needed asking if they did this, they said yes and we had an assessment, we then waited two months, were sent a completely unsuitable report which was not for for purpose and did not follow RCP guidelines, finally they said they could in fact not do theses specialist reports and return our fee, we now have to start searching from scratch for a professional who can help us. Really missold what they're able to do. Also in the assessment itself almost no questions about her current mental health, capacity or any current info was asked for, most of the hour was taken up with asking for a life history many mistakes about this were made in the report which was also just a life history. Would definitely not recommend!"
"Doctors refused to see me because I was traveling aboard when I got the flu. I understand that they want to be carful with the other patients but not to tell me anything but only to stay home without offering me an alternative.. basically stay home and good luck... so disappointed with them..."
"Used this surgery when pregnant Dr. Sinead O'Connor was lovely but its impossible to get appointments here unless you predict you will be sick a week in advance. Not enough cover when staff and doctors are on holiday. Had a horrible experience with Dr. Fiona Connor was very rude to me and had me in tears when I was only days after having my baby and needed bloods done."
