Reviews of UCL Institute of Ophthalmology
"Unfortunately, reception staff and management are so rude and arrogant, waiting with 20 months old baby for 3 hours just to be seen by doctors is unacceptable. The receptionist and these ladies who suppose to entertain kids were shouting on us to make the baby sit down. After all that bad experience will make an official complaint as these people should not work in children hospital at all!"
"Went to visit a work colleague."
"My Eyes feel much better"
"It was great experience being a graduate student at UCL Institute of Ophthalmology. I’ve enhanced my knowledge in Ophthalmology and met up with eminent and distinguished Ophthalmic surgeons. I’ve really gained so much as an Ophthalmologist!"
"The UCL Institute Of Ophthalmology should be awarded 0 stars but as that is not an option I shall rate it with a 1! I have never met such unpleasant and uncaring staff and it is clear to tell from the smell people who work there take drugs and smoke weed so if there are drug tests in the work place I fail to see how this can have slipped by and if there is not there most certainly should be. I find it ridiculous that people can go to work hungover smelling of stale alcohol and of weed without being sent home. It makes me sick to my stomach and is beyond unprofessional this goes from receptionists all the way to maintenance staff and so on the lack of respect is astounding."
